Il verde panorama della Valle d’Itria fa da cornice al ristorante.
Ubicato nel centro storico di Locorotondo, Bina è l’espressione della capacità di integrare passato e presente.
Gli ambienti sono caratterizzati dalle volte a crociera, in una struttura risalente al ‘700.
La presenza di sottili tocchi di luce regala un aspetto caldo quasi zen, lasciando intatto il fascino delle antiche mura nel pieno rispetto dell’architettura dei luoghi.
Il caminetto finemente restaurato e l’angolo dedicato al barbecue, rendono lo spazio davvero unico ed impreziosito dal suggestivo light design, per un’atmosfera magica ed un ambiente di rarefatta eleganza.
Cucina e Vini
Il ristorante Bina è un viaggio alla riscoperta di una terra vera dai gusti decisi ed inconfondibili.
L’intento sarà quello di proporre ai nostri Ospiti una “passeggiata in cucina” interpretata secondo le più antiche ricette di una volta esaltando le virtù dei prodotti locali, nel pieno rispetto dei sapori genuini e della bio cultura.

CriCriPU15/04/2024Disappointing Small but nice place. Decent food quality. The pasta arrived really overcooked and the artichoke cream seemed industrial although of medium-high quality. Terrible value for money. With those prices I expect a much better level of cuisine. Unwilling to meet customer needs. I wouldn't go back. It could be better.
Edoardo B01/04/2024Superb cuisine Nice restaurant on the outskirts of the historic center of Locorotondo. Bina is an excellent cook who offers simple but delicious cuisine. Try the aubergine pie! Nino in the dining room knows how to advise and take care of guests as if they were at home. A gem to absolutely try!!!
futsal n03/03/2024NOT TO BE MISSED!!! We went in with the family and I immediately scored a 10 on the report card for the hospitality and education of the owner and his collaborators. Very well looked after, typical place. Mrs. Bina knows how to cook really well, quality of the products and above all a new trend in appetizers, I can no longer stand the old Apulian style that fills you with many small plates that do nothing but fill you up, but low quality. At Bina I found a selection of starters, excellent first courses and fantastic tripe!!!!: Congratulations, will be back soon. Giandomenico

Not only is the menu interesting and the quality excellent, the service is always friendly and professional and the owners are extraordinarily polite and pleasant. A truly wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back.
Frequenter18/01/2024Above average with class Brought by friends, I lived the time with serenity and pleasure, guaranteed by the discreet pleasantness of the place, clean and welcoming, of the owner, demonstrator of tact and professionalism and of the only waiter present, obsequious and kind as well as quick in interpreting our desired. Excellent dishes, expressed, with quality ingredients from the area. What more?

Cozy and clean place. Kindness and courtesy which made up for the small mix-up with the wine (different from what was ordered)

We went for lunch during the Christmas holidays and tasted the house starters: cod, tripe and ricotta and pumpkin pie. Excellent dishes, very well structured The first courses: orecchiette with turnip greens, strascinati with donkey chop sauce and cavatelli with bacon and chickpea cream. All dishes of the highest level. We had a great time and will recommend to friends
